Patient Online Access


In the current crisis we are working to give as many patients as possible online access.

This will allow them to book appointments with our health care assistant Zaki (telephone & video consultations only) & order repeat prescriptions without having to telephone or physically attend the surgery.

This process will take a few weeks as we have hundreds of patients to add individually.

When you are added you will receive an email from us with a list of providers, from which you can choose which ones you’d like to use.

This is what the email will look like:

Step 1 – Have a look at the different providers and what they offer

Step 2 – Create an account

Step 3 – Put in the linkage key, ods code and account ID which you will receive in the email (the linkage key & account image above is just an example) to connect your account to your medical record at the practice.

If the linkage key, ODS code and account ID are not used within 14 days, then they will expire. The surgery will have to be emailed by the patient at quoting their full name, address and date of birth along with a request for new codes to be generated and emailed.

Parents – if you are a parent and would like to manage repeat scripts and appointments for your child, then please email with your childs name, date of birth and address stating that you would like to link them to your online account and we will link their account to your account. Please note this can only be done for children under the age of 13. After that the child’s written and signed consent will need to be emailed to us.

Carers and Family members – If you are a carer and would like to manage repeat scripts and appointments for your patient or family member, then please email with your full name, mobile number and email address along with the full name, date of birth and email address of the patient. Please also send a written and signed consent letter from the patient stating that they give you explicit permission to receive their medical information, book appointments and order repeat prescriptions on their behalf.

If you have received a text message from us and would not like the above service please reply to the text message, saying that you ‘do not want online access.’ And the practice will take the necessary steps.
