Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any advice or services provided by the doctors or their staff, you are asked to contact the Practice Manager by telephone or letter so that any misunderstandings can be speedily resolved.
Copies of our complaints procedure are available on request.

Confidentiality
We have a responsibility to keep your personal information confidential. If in the course of your treatment information about you must be shared, we will endeavour to ensure that: identifiable information is only used when absolutely necessary, only the minimum amount of information is revealed, the access is on a ‘need to know’ basis and all staff involved understand and comply with the law.
You have the right to view both your written and computer notes. If you wish to do so, notice must be given to the doctor and a fee is Charged for a copy of manual and computerised notes.
Electronic Transfer of Patient Records
The practice may share your personal information with other NHS organisations where this is appropriate for your healthcare.
In other circumstances we may approach you for specific consent to release personal information to third parties.
In some circumstances there are statutory or ethical obligations to disclose information to others (e.g. public health issues) which may not require your consent, however you may be consulted about these in advance when appropriate.
Violent Patients
Patients who are violent or abusive to our staff will not be tolerated and will be taken off the practice list immediately.
The Zero Tolerance policy is a government- backed policy which defines violence as “Any incident where staff are abused, threatened or assaulted in circumstances related to their work, involving an explicit or implicit challenge to their safety, well-being or health”.
